Product 02 – Chat
Customers write wherever suits them. The same chatbot answers them all.
One messages you on WhatsApp at midnight, another sends an email from work, a third asks on Instagram or in the chat on your website. They all get the same chatbot: it knows your price list and who’s free on Tuesday, books, moves or cancels appointments, and when it doesn’t know something, it leaves the conversation to you.

Channels
One chatbot, four channels
Wherever the customer writes, the same chatbot answers, with the same prices and the same calendar. Each channel has its own switch in the dashboard, so you turn the chatbot on only where you want it.
One line of code and the chatbot appears in the bottom right corner of any website you can add code to. On your booking page at nicra.ch it works without it.
You connect the number you already have, and the WhatsApp Business app stays on your phone and works as before. When you reply from the phone yourself, the chatbot steps back from that conversation.
Forward info@ to the address you get in the dashboard. The reply arrives in the same thread, signed with your business name.
Answers direct messages on your business profile. Reminders are never sent over Instagram.

What it looks like
Be a patient for two minutes.
Click one of the suggested questions. This is how the conversation would go on your website: the patient asks about a price, gets a free slot, leaves a name and number and is booked in, and nobody at the practice has so much as glanced at a screen.

A question that would otherwise sit in your inbox until Monday becomes an appointment in your calendar, and the customer gets a confirmation straight away.
This isn’t a recording
The dental practice example is scripted so you can click through it. A real chatbot is running on this page; the button is in the bottom right. That one is set up to talk about Nicra, so ask it whatever you like.
The same Nicra chatbot also answers on our WhatsApp number. Ask it anything about Nicra.

01
Knows your business and makes nothing up
You enter prices, services, opening hours and booking rules once, and the chatbot and the phone agent both know them. When you put up the price of colouring, you change it in the dashboard, and from that moment customers hear the new price on every channel. If it isn’t written there, the chatbot doesn’t invent it.
02
Books, moves and cancels
Customers are offered free slots in the same conversation where they asked about the price. They pick one, leave a name and number and they’re booked in; on WhatsApp they don’t even need to type the number. The confirmation with the exact time is sent by the system from your calendar, not written by the AI. On email and Instagram, customers move or cancel through the link in their confirmation.
03
Writes like one of your team
Short and natural, in whatever language and script the customer uses. No essays and no going round in circles, and you set the tone and the first message in the dashboard.
04
For people who don’t like phoning
Plenty of people, younger ones especially, would rather type a question than dial a number. They write wherever they found you, on your website or on Instagram, and if no answer comes quickly, they write to the next business on the list. You never even find out they were looking for you.
05
Replies after hours too
Most people write in the evening and at weekends, long after you’ve put your phone down. At three in the morning the chatbot answers and books just as it does at noon.
When the AI can’t help
Nothing gets lost. It waits for you at the top.
When someone asks whether it’s normal for a tooth to hurt after a filling, the chatbot doesn’t guess. Questions like that need a person: the chatbot recognises them and steps aside, and you know exactly where to pick up.
01
It gets stuck
The customer asks for a person, asks something sensitive or something the chatbot doesn’t know, the conversation drags on too long or a message keeps failing to send. The chatbot then stops replying in that conversation and tells the customer you’ll be in touch. On your website it takes their name and number first.
02
It waits for you
The conversation appears at the top of your conversations in the dashboard, marked as waiting for you, with the reason. You’re notified in the dashboard and by email.
03
You reply
From the dashboard or from your phone. You take the conversation over, hand it back to the chatbot or close it as resolved, while the chatbot keeps answering everyone else.
WhatsApp after 24 hours
WhatsApp allows free-form replies for 24 hours after the customer’s last message. If you reply later, the customer first gets a notice that a reply is waiting, and your message arrives as soon as they tap “Show reply” or write to you again.
What you pay
Channels cost nothing extra
- Customer messages
- Whichever channel they come from, they count towards the same monthly Chat allowance: 2,000 messages.
- When you need more
- Top up with another 2,000 messages for €19. The pack lasts until the end of the month you bought it in.
- Your own WhatsApp number
- Meta bills messages from your own WhatsApp number directly to you, at its own rates.
Common questions
What people ask us most
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. For your website you get one line of code and instructions on where to paste it. If someone else looks after your site, pass it on to them. WhatsApp, email and Instagram are connected from the dashboard, with no code at all.
Will it slow my website down?
No. The script loads only after the page has already appeared, so nothing on your site waits for it. It doesn’t affect the speed Google measures.
Can the chatbot match the rest of my website?
Partly. The chatbot takes the colour of your booking page, and you set the first message and the tone in your dashboard. It sits in the bottom right corner of the screen, like most chats.
What if I don’t have a website?
Then the chatbot works on your booking page, at nicra.ch/your-business, and it still answers on WhatsApp, by email and on Instagram. Put the link in your Instagram bio, on your Google profile and in your email signature, and people can ask and book wherever suits them.
Does the AI read my private messages?
It reads only the conversations that arrive on a channel you’ve connected, and only to answer them. When you reply to a conversation yourself, from your phone or the dashboard, the chatbot steps back from it.
What if a customer asks whether it’s a bot?
The chatbot doesn’t lie. It says briefly that it’s your business’s virtual assistant and carries on where it left off. For businesses in the European Union, Croatia for example, it says so in its very first message.
How does email work?
In the dashboard you get an address for your business, and you forward info@ (or whichever address your customers use) to it. The chatbot replies in the same thread, signed with your business name. If you use Gmail, the forwarding confirmation code shows up right in the dashboard.
What about SMS?
SMS is planned, but it isn’t supported yet. Confirmations and reminders go out by email and on WhatsApp.
Tell us where your customers write to you most.
Send us your website or Instagram profile. We’ll show you how the chatbot would answer the messages you get most often, and what it would leave to you.
