When your hands are full, someone still picks up the phone.

An agent that answers your calls, a chatbot that answers messages on your website, WhatsApp, email and Instagram, and a calendar they both book into. Made for businesses that live on appointments, where every missed call means an empty hour in the schedule.

00:00Salon Iva, good afternoon, this call is being recorded. How can I help?
00:03Hi. Have you got anything for a haircut on Thursday, sometime in the afternoon?
00:08Yes. On Thursday there’s 16:30 or 18:00. Which suits you better?
00:14Six, then. I can’t get away from work any earlier.
00:16Fine, Thursday at 18:00. What name shall I put you down under?

Products

They call, they write or they book online, and it all lands in one calendar

Some people will always prefer to ring. Some write to you at ten in the evening, and some want to pick a time themselves without speaking to anyone. Nicra answers all of them, and you see everything in one place.

How it works

From a questionnaire to an agent that answers for you

All we need from you are answers, the kind you’d give a new receptionist on her first day when she asks where everything is. We build the agent from them.

01

You tell us how you work

In a questionnaire in your dashboard you enter your services and prices, your opening hours, who takes urgent calls and what customers ask most often. That becomes the agent’s instructions, written for your business alone. If you’re short on time, we enter it all for you.

02

Forward your phone and add the chat to your site

Calls are forwarded from the number you already have. You choose whether the agent takes every call or only the ones you can’t get to. The chat needs just one line of code on your website.

03

Keep an eye on what’s happening

Every conversation arrives in your dashboard with a recording, a transcript and how it ended. You see how many people called and how many of them turned into appointments. Change a price or your opening hours, and the agent is up to date from the very next call.

Why Nicra

Same engine as the big players. We know the roads round here.

Anyone can rent the parts an agent is built from: the voice, the speech recognition, the language model. The question is who puts them together into something that works in your salon, in your language.
